This Upanishad belongs to Atharva Veda. It presents profound insight into the nature of Brahman or the Absolute Self with the help of the mystic symbol of Om or Pranava.
Om is composed of four principles : A, U, M and a mystic Point. An aspirant discovers his essential identity with Brahman in successive stages -- Physical, Astral, Causal, and Transcendental —Turiya.
